About Us

IamFire plc is an investment vehicle listed on the AQSE Growth Market, which is focused on the oil and gas, and base and precious metals sectors. The Company’s remit is to invest in, or acquire a company or assets within these sectors through direct investment, or through acquiring all or part of an existing or newly formed company.

Directors' Criteria

The Directors’ main criteria when seeking suitable opportunities are that:

1) Via an injection of new finances or specialist management, the target Company can enhance its prospects and therefore its future value.

2) The investment target has the potential for rapid and sustainable growth.

3) The investment target already has a proven business model which is expected to provide attractive returns on capital.

CEO / Director

Mr Tennent-Bhohi is the founder & CEO of The Glenpani Group, an international private venture capital business based in London/UK. Glenpani’s isolated focus is the evaluation and augmentation of distressed-asset opportunities and private-transaction/investment origination. Glenpani Group cornerstone-invest, originate transactions and provide corporate consultancy to international companies both private and public including; AQSE, AIM, TSX-V, CSE & ASX.

Burns assumes a number of Directorships on both private and public companies and current listed appointments include; Forum Energy Metals Corp. (TSX-V: FMC), in 2019 FMC executed a $30,000,000 project earn-in agreement with Rio Tinto on its Janice Lake sedimentary copper project and a $6,000,000 project earn-in with Orano, Burns is also on the Board of, Eurocann International plc (AQSE: BUD).

Highly active in North American capital markets, Burns is also the founder of, LC, a specialised private investment vehicle that syndicates and connects global capital investment for private transaction origination & pre-IPO opportunities.

Glenpani Group maintains a deep international network that includes corporate brokers/financiers, investment bankers, merchant banks, UHNWIs, project-level financiers, asset-banks and technical teams. Burns graduated from the University of Glasgow with a degree in Economics/Social Sciences.

Jeremy Ross

Director

Jeremy Ross has over 20 years of experience in capital markets and marketing for small to mid-cap sized mining, cannabis, and technology companies. Mr Ross was formerly a director of Speakeasy Cannabis, a publicly traded company he took public in 2018; Canada’s largest outdoor grow cultivator.

Mr Ross was a Director of TSX-listed Fission Uranium Corp from 2013 to 2017, as well as the Corporate Development Consultant for Fission Energy when it was named a Top 50 TSX-V company for its performance.

Mr Ross has served as the head of corporate development for Able Auctions and Smart Tire Systems, both of which graduated from the OTC-BB to the AMEX stock exchange (NYSE). Mr Ross currently holds multiple board positions with TSX, TSX-V, and CSE listed companies.

Noel Lyons

Non-Executive Director

Noel Lyons started his career in the accounting profession, and progressed from there to management and director level within various organisations. He has worked for such companies as Amoco/BP, Coca Cola, Kentz Corporation Plc, and Oilinvest International, and has worked in diverse locations such as Africa and the Middle East.

Mr Lyons has been involved in several listings on AIM and the NEX Exchange Growth Market in both a management and advisory capacity. Mr Lyons has an MBA and Masters in Accounting and Finance.

Marc T Bamber

Non-Executive Chairman

Mr Bamber is a Global Corporate Financier, with over 20-years' experience in
the Hedge Fund Sector, Capital Markets, Private & Institutional Investments;
Investor Communications & Marketing.

Marc was a core member of the multiple award winning RAB Special Situations
Fund that delivered net returns of 50x to investors with circa. US$2.8Bn in
Assets Under Management (AUM) in just under five years. Marc is very active in
the international markets and works with a number of Toronto & London-Listed
companies in senior management roles. He currently sits on the Board of TSX-V
Listed Canada Silver Cobalt Works (TSX-V: CCW), a circa. C$50M junior
exploration mining company.

In the event that all or part of such options are exercised within 18 months from the date of issuance (11 April 2021), then the holder shall receive, upon exercise of each option, one new bonus option, with an exercise price of 7p, expiring on the fifth anniversary of issue and vesting immediately on award.

*In the event Mr Bamber should exercise all of his options within 18-months from the date of issuance (1st July 2020), Mr Bamber shall be awarded a further 500,000 replacement options with a strike price of 15p and life to expiry of, 3-years.
